Are chips vegetables?

I am 5'4 280 lbs. and all the kids at school make fun of me, if I eat lots of chips and burgers will I get super skinny because I am eating vegetables and protein and grain? I won't put tomatoes or onions or lettuce on my burgers because I don't like it, but I will put lots of mayonnaise or thousand island which prob has lots of vitamins.Are chips vegetables?

if you eat lots of chips and burgers you'll get super fat. All of those proteins and vegtables are ruined thanks to genetic modification and the way that food is cooked. It's also un healthy. by un healthy i mean REALLY UNHEALTHY. Start eating normally and start working out and youll notice that youll get skinnier and happier( yes it's guaranteed that youll get happy because your brain releases a drug chemical when you get used to working out). Eat healthy and work out. The rest is up to you. No one else can help you. 30 minutes a day is enough. which is not alot.

Well, potatoes are starch and counted as grains so it's more carbs that you're eating. Secondly, mayonnaise and thousand island is oil and the unhealthiest condiments for you.



You should try bran, and V8 (or water) in your meals to start off. And, fresh fruits and vegetables.
dude you're doing it all wrong T.T you're gonna need to eat onions and lettuce... you could find a healthy and yummy recipe online... mayo is high in oil and saturated fat if it's the regular mayo and you're going to need to exercise to burn the extra calories but to answer your question... if you mean potato chips they're totally not vegetables... it would be in the category of fats and oils on the food pyramid :P
Vegetable chips are. Potato chips are starch. With some other ingredients. By the way no you will not lose weight that way or i would be skinny as hell. Lol.

No i'm sorry you won't lose weight from eating chips. Maybe eating baked chips? Most chips have loads of salt in them and barely any potatoes! You should just try eating a regular baked potato. What i do is wrap a potato in a paper towel and microwave it for about 5 minutes. It should feel a little softer when it comes out. Then i just cut it open and put some fat free margarine and skim chedder cheese on it. It tastes great!
I know this is a troll but, chips aren't vegetables they are made from vegetables. They don't really count as a serving of vegetables either. I know you meant to say that. :)



I eat red meat all the time and I put on mass. Not fat, mass. Lean, efficient muscle. Suck it everyone else replying. You guys should get outside and exercise sometime, then you won't get fat anytime you eat anything with carbs.
