I just went out with my co-workers for lunch....how can I burn some extra calories while working???

So, we went to Islands and I had a burger, but I barely had any fries. What are some good ways to burn a few extra calories while I'm still working? I'm going out after work, so I don't wanna get all sweaty (I'm not going for a walk outside...besides it's hot outside).



Sooo, got any good ideas? I was thinking of drinking cold water, holding my stomach in and then releasing, and trying to walk around as much as possible....is that good? Can you think of anything else? :o)I just went out with my co-workers for lunch....how can I burn some extra calories while working???
Do butt clenches. Tighten the muscles for a few seconds and then release. I work behind a computer so also sit on the edge of my chair and lift my feet off the ground. I keep my legs bent at 90 degrees and tighten my abs and can feel it in my abs and quads. It isn't much, but probably better than nothing ;-). Good luck!
its not going to burn much of the 700 calories in the burger... to burn that you'd need to run around the building at full speed for an hour....I just went out with my co-workers for lunch....how can I burn some extra calories while working???
