What kind of positions does that Island's Fine Burgers and Drinks restaurant have?

Are you looking to get a job there? I work there and there is Front Of House and Back Of House. For FOH (if you are looking to become a server) everyone starts off as a host, then moves up to backserver (like an expo, putting orders together and setting stuff up in the kitchen), then takeout, and then server and maybe bartender. You can also work as a busser and they make pretty good money. For the back (cooks, etc.) they all start off as dishwashers then work their way up but that's taken care of through the lead cook not the regular managers.
