have i eaten too much today calorie wise???
breakfast:
1 pack of instant oatmeal with 1 tsp brown sugar
i container greek yogurt (120 cal)
lunch
oroweat wheat english muffin with 1 tbls peanut butter
1 cup seedless red grapes
pack of mini carrots (35 cal)
like 10 goldfish (approx.)
snack
another cup of red seedless grapes
anoyther pack of carrots
1 wedge light laughing cow cheese (35 cal)
apple
dinner:
150 cal worth of broc. and cauliflower
another wheat english muffin
1 slice kraft american cheese
1 tbls of thousand island dressing
4.5 oz burger patty
dessert
1 cup ice cream (320 cal)
is this too much for me to consume?????I feel like ive eaten wayyyyy too much!! have i?
No, if anything it's less than what you should be eating, except for the ice cream, that's an acceptable serving size! if it concerns you, add more food during the day and shave a quarter cup off the ice cream. you should be eating at least 1800-2000 calories a day.

No, thats a perfectly reasonable amount. Most of those foods are lower in calories, and you ate mostly healthy foods. It may feel like a lot of food, but you were filling up on good things.
