Is this good for a Sweet 16 ?

For my sweet sixteen there will be penne ala vodka, tortellini with marinara sauce, artesian breads, grated parmesan reggiano, red peppers, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, stuffed salmon, roasted potatoes, mixed sauted vegetables, condiments carver of encrusted tuna, nathan hot dogs, coney island burgers, crinkle fries in waxed paper cups, nachos with cheese, hot pretzels, churros, fresh popcorn in bags, vanilla and cherry cokes, sliced meats, cured sausages, provolone chilled antipasto salads including marinated artichokes, olives, mozzarella and tomato, seafood pasta, mini desserts, and cake. There will be a little dance room, an open bar, mocktails, an outdoor lounge, and an eating room. I need everyones opinion on this, like if you would like to go to a sweet sixteen with these things. Thank you and sorry for writing so much.Is this good for a Sweet 16 ?

WOW. that made me hungry. have you considered the cost? It sounds like a great party, you have some really fancy foods and then...nachos. I think I'd choose a direction, if not then make sure there served at different times. Have fun!
yep its great
Who'd you hire robo-caterer! That's a heck of a list, my advice would be to keep it simple, but elegant. Formal or semi-formal parties a perfect for a variety or hors d'oeurves, simpler makes for younger palettes.

Image taking the best parts of 5 of the entrees you mentioned and reducing the size, that laves people more leeway to sample. A few (slightly more exotic) items like simple pork or duck pates, rabbit or (game)bird rilletes, or basic meats/cheeses will impress folks with a a bit of your newly acquired adult tastes.

As for mocktails...? I don't know, as an adult I can't really see the practicality of removing the unique taste/nose of certain wines/liquors/liqueurs.
