NYC Subway Directions?

So i am a new yorker, and im coming in from long island. i just need to know that these are the right ways to get to the places i want and need to go:





[city in long island] to penn station



penn station to st.marks pl./union square:



take the n train downtown to 14th st./union square station.





st.marks to blt burger:walking distance, walk from 10th st, to 6th ave and uptown to blt burger.





blt burger to Regal Union Square Stadium Movie Theater: walk from 6th ave, to broadway and up 13th st.





Reagal Union Square Theater to Penn Station: take the n or the r uptown to 34th street/herald square station



please correct me if im wrongNYC Subway Directions?
You can't take the "N" train from Penn Station unless you walk from 8th or 7th Avenue (depending on the exit) to Broadway. Why not take the "A" train to 14th Street and 8th Avenue and transfer to the "L" to Union Square. It saves you a walk to the East Side of 34th Street for the "N".
