Can you receive a refund for a game purchase?

I purchased the game Burger Island yesterday by credit card and the game won't stop freezing up and I can't play it properly. I like to purchase games but I can't afford to if the games don't play properly. The company that produced the game is TechnoStudios or something like that. It all depends in the return policy of the seller. You have to go directly to the place that sold you the game and tell them your problem. In this case, I think they will only make an exchange.

Many places will not let you return them for your money back for legal purposes. They will on the other hand give you another copy of the same game. But if the store has no copies left it is there responsiblity to get another copy or refund your money. If you want you could also call the people that made the game and call the technical help line.
