Is an in-n-out veggie burger healthy?

Alright, it might not be as beneficial as raw vegetables or fruit but would a veggie burger have negative effects on the health? I am not even sure if it has fats



For reference, "Veggie Burger - a sandwich containing only vegetables, without meat or cheese."



I think it also has "spread", which is a sauce similar to Thousand Island dressingIs an in-n-out veggie burger healthy?
No it really isn't healthy don't fool yourself it's not made with vegetables....but it is better than the normal burger

its perty much healthy just try to avoid adding all that extra sauces cuz they just add the calories. =)
sure and tastes good.. real good. really good.
