An important question about women's Eating habits?

My 53 year old mother in law eats nothing but fast food, fried foods %26amp; unhealthy foods, every day. Whether it be In %26amp; Out burger on Monday's, Island Burgers on Tuesday's, KFC on Wednesday's (eats the skin as well on the chicken), El Polo Loco Chicken on Thursday's %26amp; Deep fried egg rolls/greasy chinese food on Friday's, Pizza %26amp; other unhealthy deep fried foods on the weekends. She had a problem with Polyps when she had her Colonoscopy last year, she has High Cholesterol, always in a bad mood %26amp; she is a depression case. How can we help her eat more healthier? She is a stubborn old woman, she never exercises %26amp; sleeps past noon when she can. Funny but....how long of a life does she have if she continues this habit? An important question about women's Eating habits?
Unfortunately there is probably not much you can do.

No one is going to change their lifestyle unless THEY want to and they are motivated to live more healthy.

Eating like she is , no exercise...you are right. She is a heart attack waiting to happen. If she starts experiencing health problems, maybe that will get her to improve her eating and exercise habits.

It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight quickly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as quickly. The sole diet that really delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I lost twenty five pounds, it really does produce success!
dont allow her to go to those restaurants...order food for her...im sure there are some things on the menus of those restaurants that are somewhat healthy...order that for her.

honestly she will not live much longer if she continues this. she might have a heartattack before she reaches 60. bring her to a doctor or dietician
you should print some statisics of high cholesterol related conditions from the internet and give them to her. maybe she wont listen to you but hard facts will get her thinking about it.
number one shes not old

two if she doesnt see a problem then shes not apt to try and fix it. my brother in law is the same way and very stingy when it comes to money. my hubby would take his bp and it would be 200 over 100. thats a stroke waiting to happen. or heart attack. he finally broke down and got some high bp medication from the doc, how long will he take it, just probably until he feels better and then will go off it. some people you cant tell anything too. when she strokes or has a heart attack and if she survives, then maybe she will smarten up. good luck
